Pacific Symphony opens the evening with music by Elmer Bernstein including themes from the Hollywood blockbusters The Ten Commandments, To Kill a Mockingbird, The Great Escape, Airplane!, and The Magnificent Seven.PETROSSIAN AT TIFFANY & CO. Petrossian at Tiffany & Co. at South Coast will have a special Valentine’s Day tasting menu on Tuesday, February 14th from 11am to 6pm for $225 per person. The menu features Petrossian favorites: caviar, smoked salmon from Paris, oysters, lobster, house made pasta with black truffles from Burgundy. To help celebrate, Krug Grande Cuvée & Dom Perignon will be available by the glass. This will be the only menu available - no a la carte - and prepaid reservations are required. Reservations can be made through OpenTable.
