Grand Park + Music Center’s “Who is LA 2020” Countdown Party
Dec. 31. More than 50,000 people are expected to ring in the new year at Grand Park + The Music Center’s 7th annual free music and dance party. Celebrate with more than 40 food trucks, seven city blocks full of activities and two stages with ongoing music performances throughout the night. At 11:59, head to the countdown stage and watch the giant 3D projection count down to the new year. Afterwards, dance the night away at the “get down” stage. Start your new year off right with two unique brunch menus at the Atrium, whether you need to recover for the night before or kick off your new year’s resolution with a nutritious first meal. The “hangover” options include comfort food like biscuits with herby cream gravy, giant Mexican chocolate cinanmon rolls, egg sandwiches on Texas toast, “smashed” jalapeño burger, Korean fried chicken sandwich and cheesy eggs on sourdough.
