Sept. 5-7. The Labor Day Fiesta returns to downtown Hermosa Beach following a three-year hiatus. The three-day street festival features the Makers Mercado, Food Fair, a mini carnival and live performances across two stages. Most festival areas are free. The Garden is limited to guests 21 and older and requires a $10 daily cover charge.

Celebrate Filipino Cinema at the Manila International Film Festival

This year’s program includes Manila’s Finest, a Lea Salonga retrospective and DreamWorks Animation’s Forgotten Island.
