The West Hollywood EDITION

June 30-July 4. To celebrate Independence Day, The Roof at The West Hollywood EDITION is adding high-end hot dogs to their menu for this special occasion. The rooftop bar will offer the Baja dog and LA street dog, paired with expansive views of the Sunset Strip. The star of The Baja dog is the seabass and king crab sausage, accompanied by a Portuguese bun, topped with aji aioli, leche de tigre onions, Morita chile and calamari frito. Reminiscent of a Los Angeles late night favorite, LA street dog presents a beef Frank wrapped in tomato candied bacon with confetti peppers, crispy tortilla rajas with flavors of cilantro and chamoy, surrounded by a Portuguese bun.
