The ine-in menu options include shaved fennel & persimmon salad and beer brined turkey with fixings (maple roasted yams, green beans, classic cornbread, butternut squash stuffing, gravy & cranberry sauce) and pumpkin pie. Nov. 24. 1 Hotel West Hollywood’s 1 Kitchen is offering a Thanksgiving prix-fixe menu with wonderful traditional and vegan options. Main dishes include roasted heritage turkey with Yukon mashed potatoes, roasted brussels sprouts, giblet gravy and pan roasted salmon and celery root puree, cider beurre blanc, shaved fennel and pomegranate. These items will also be available a la carte at Juniper and for in-room dining for guests. Nov. 24. Celebrate Thanksgiving dinner at Conrad Los Angeles’ signature restaurant San Laurel. Chef Jeffry Chen has prepared a holiday menu with a distinct Spanish accent including hand-cut jamón ibérico de bellota and local persimmons with creamy Stracciatella cheese and Marcona almonds.
