June 17.
Celebrate the beginning of summer with an epic party showcasing Orange County beach culture. Enjoy performances on a beachside stage (bands include Pacific Dub, Wheeland Brothers and more), beer and drink booths, food trucks, vendors and a VIP cabana. Chili at the Beach
June 17. Taste a variety of uniquely prepared chilies and salsas at the beach. Surf City invites you to experience a chili cook-off and salsa tasting while enjoying live entertainment, a kids zone and vendors throughout Main Street and The Strand. Two dozen restaurants will participate including Duke’s, Sandy’s, Fred’s Mexican Cafe and more. June 16-18. Experience the original and largest Asian-themed night market in the country. Summer of Mud: Lake Mud Run
June 17. Celebrate summer this year with a 5k mud run course. Beginning and ending at Irvine Lake, the course takes place partially on the road, and partially on trails, including hills, water, professionally built obstacles and over a dozen mud pits (more mud than ever before). The Fete de la Musique began in France and has since spread around the world. Anyone, any age is welcome to come and play music wherever and however they like. From accordion to harmonica, guitar to flute, stroll the village streets of Laguna Beach to the harmony of the instruments and voices performing throughout the city.
