Inspired by History

Begins Mar. 16. The cultural spring and summer season continues at Casa Romantica. Historical masterworks from the Boseker Family Art Collection are paired with contemporary works by award-winning artist Rick J. Delanty in the same location. Weekend of Art

Mar. 17-18. The Los Alamitos Recreation & Community Services Department and the Parks, Recreation & Cultural Arts Commission, are pleased to announce the 7th annual Weekend of Art in Los Alamitos. The event will run on Friday from 5-8 p.m. and Saturday from Noon – 6 p.m. Los Alamitos Community Center, 10911 Oak St, Los Alamitos.

Sherman Library & Gardens: A History with Jill Thrasher

Mar. 19. A collaboration not to be missed, as Sherman Library & Gardens’ fine art collection travels for the first time in 50 years. Each artwork is an opportunity to make connections between past and present, tell a tale of local lore and notoriety and see the ties that weave California’s coastal and artistic communities together.
