626 Night Market

June 7-9. Inspired by the famous open-air nighttime bazaars of Asia, the 626 Night Market brings together people to eat, drink, socialize and be entertained. This iconic Californian festival features over 250 food vendors, merchandise, crafts, artists, games, live concerts and entertainment attractions, creating an epic event that appeals to all ages. Friday-Sunday, 4-11 p.m. 88 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa.

Sip and Dip OC

June 8. Add some ice to that morning coffee and then some at Orange County’s hottest and coldest club meet-up. Sip and Dip OC welcomes friends from all over to start their weekend with some coffee, treats, a sauna session, a cold plunge and of course, vibes. Saturday, 10 a.m.-noon. Almond Surfboards, 1720 Santa Ana Ave, Costa Mesa.

Laguna Beach Patriots Day Parade


June 8. Hosted by the Laguna Ocean Foundation with the support of dedicated partner organizations, KelpFest celebrates Laguna Beach’s unique shoreline, our vital coastal resources and the kelp that supports them. This free festival features music from Mana and the Garden Band, ocean awareness activities, informational booths, games and art. Saturday, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Main Beach, Broadway St & CA-1, Laguna Beach.

40th Anniversary Party at Hilton Anaheim

June 6. You are invited to an 80s-themed 40th Anniversary party at the MIX Lounge, commemorating its 1984 opening at Hilton Anaheim. The event features complimentary 80s-inspired bites like potato skins, meatball sliders and shrimp cocktail. Specialty cocktails, such as the WooWoo and Whiskey Business, will be available at a cash bar. The event is open to the public and guests are encouraged to wear their best 80s attire. Joe Goode Opens in Laguna Beach

June 6. Come enjoy this Thursday’s Art Walk as The Honarkar Foundation for Arts & Culture proudly presents “Joe Goode | Select Works: 1970s – 2000s”. An influential American artist best known for his contributions to the Pop Art movement of the 1960s, Goode’s art has been widely exhibited across the United States and internationally for over 60 years. UCI Symphony Orchestra

June 7. The UCI Symphony Orchestra is one of the premier large performance ensembles in Orange County, representing the Department of Music. Join the UCI Symphony Orchestra for the final concert of the season. The orchestra will perform an evening of orchestral classics from your favorite composers under the direction of conductor Dr. Geoffrey Pope. Friday at 8 p.m. 4242 Campus Drive, Irvine.

Ikebana Workshop at Sushi Ii

June 9. Embark on a journey of Japanese floral artistry led by the esteemed Natsumi Laske – a Sogetsu Ikebana Teachers Association member and founder of Flower & Branch. During this interactive workshop, guests will learn the fundamentals of Ikebana while crafting their own floral arrangements to take home. Tickers can be found here.
