Coffee and Music with Bear Coast Coffee

Aug. 1. Ease into your morning with a fresh cup of Bear Coast Coffee and a live acoustic performance in Casa Romatica’s coastal amphitheater. Drive-In Movie at Irvine Spectrum Center

Aug. 2. Grab your tickets before they’re gone to see the classic, adventure comedy film, The Goonies, on the fifth level of the parking structure (5 Freeway side) at Irvine Spectrum Center. Alfresco Dining at Khan Saab

Reopened. Award-winning chef Imran Ali Mookhi has officially reopened Khan Saab Desi Craft Kitchen for lunch and dinner in downtown Fullerton. This eclectic eatery transformed its outdoor space into street bistro dining. Outdoor Dining at Marché Moderne

Reopened. The critically-acclaimed French restaurant welcomes diners to its expanded outdoor dining patio along the front of its restaurant in Newport Coast. The abbreviated menu offers some French bistro favorites from coq au vin and steak tartare to the return of chef Amelia’s weekly Napoleon. Weekend Brunch at Bello

Now Available. Brunchers rejoice! Italian newcomer Bello by Sandro Nardone now offers a weekend brunch to enjoy on the extended patio area. The menu is divided into six sections: small plates, eggs, pizza, sandwiches, salads and sweets. Chef de cuisine Frank DeLoach added a few lunchtime favorites, including a fried chicken sandwich with sweet and spicy Calabrian peppers and housemade pickles. Summer Replay Virtual Series

Begins July 30. Pacific Symphony presents a four-concert virtual summer symphonic series, Summer Replay, that will be available on demand for 45 days after each performance premiere date. Senior vice-president of artistic planning, Eileen Jeanette, will host each program and interview musicians before each concert.
