The Ecology Center’s Strawberry U-Pick Event Returns

Now Available. Guests can embark on a self-guided journey across the farm to hand-select and purchase fresh strawberries by weight. Guests can rest easy knowing that these berries are free from chemical fertilizers and pesticides, ensuring a safe and delightful treat for families to savor straight from the vine. Jean Stern Presents: The Life and Art of Donna Schuster

April 14. In this lecture, art historian and LAM Curatorial Fellow Jean Stern will discuss the life and art of Donna Norine Schuster (1883-1953) in a slide-illustrated lecture. Schuster was a superb artist born into a wealthy family in Milwaukee. The Life and Art of Donna Schuster comprises about 85 images and lasts approximately 50 minutes, with time afterwards for questions. Sunday at 10 a.m. 307 Cliff Drive, Laguna Beach.

Danish String Quartet

April 11. The Grammy-nominated Danish String Quartet, co-presented by the Philharmonic Society of Orange County, makes a much-anticipated return to Orange County for a captivating chamber music performance. The quartet will play classics by Purcell, Haydn, Shostakovich and Schubert.. Saturday at 8 p.m. 4242 Campus Drive, Irvine. 949.854.4646.
