March 4-6. Calling all book lovers! Join hundreds of rare sellers from around the world for the virtual edition of the California International Antiquarian Book Fair, sponsored by the Antiquarian Booksellers’ Association of America (ABAA) and the International League of Antiquarian Booksellers (ILAB). Kygo x Moment House Livestream Concert

March 4. Experience an exclusive virtual concert with world renowned Norwegian DJ and musician Kygo (born Kyrre Gørvell-Dahll) from the top of the Sunnmore Alps in his home country of Norway during the height of winter. Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra’s Spring Concert 

March 5. Tune in to watch the Fowler co-present the UCLA Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra’s Spring Concert with the UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music. Led by renowned jazz maestro Arturo O’Farrill (pictured), musicians will gather virtually to play compositions by Miguel Blanco, Adam O’Farrill, Guillermo Klein, Jason Lindner, as well as music from HBO Max’s Fandango at the Wall. A Conversation with Claudia Rankine

March 7. Acclaimed author Claudia Rankine joins Santa Barbara Museum of Art for a virtual conversation “on the path to understanding.” The talk begins with a screening of selections from Situations, a series of 10 short videos collaboratively produced by documentary filmmaker John Lucas and Rankine. The videos both emerge from and are in dialogue with Rankine’s 2014 hybrid prose-poetry book Citizen: An American Lyric, which likewise amplifies the micro and macro racist aggressions that occur throughout the social and political fabric of the United States. 2-3 p.m. Free with RSVP. sbma.net
