Vegan Street Fair LA

March 26. One of the largest vegan festivals returns with 150 vendors from around the world amid multiple DJ stages hosted by your favorite influencers and celebrities, live entertainment, carnival rides, games and more. Starts March 23. Get ready to hop into spring with Bunny Bungalows, now open at The Park at The Grove and on The Green at The Americana at Brand. Capture the magic of the season with the Easter Bunny and enjoy professional photos in a vibrant and festive setting complete with bright florals, painted eggs, and pastel decorations. Opens March 24. Barra Santos, a cozy Portuguese neighborhood restaurant is opening in Northeast LA. Helmed by Executive Chef Melissa López, the menu offers a selection of classic Portuguese dishes from Bacalao fritters to the traditional marinated pork bifana sandwich. Twilight: Los Angeles, 1992

Until April 9. Anna Deavere Smith’s Twilight: Los Angeles, 1992, based on firsthand interviews about the 1992 riots, has been transformed from a one-woman play to an ensemble piece. It delves into the devastating human impact that arose from the five-day uprising following the Rodney King verdict. It offers a profound exploration of the aftermath of the event, highlighting its enduring effects on those who were involved. Butterfly Pavilion at the Natural History Museum

Now Open. With spring in full swing, NHM’s seasonal Butterfly Pavilion has returned. Visitors can now interact with up to 30 different species of butterflies and moths, along with an assortment of California plants in this outdoor exhibit. Butterflies take flight and often land on visitors’ arms or shoulders. For the best butterfly flight encounters, visitors are advised to stop by between 10 and 11 a.m each morning.
