Museum of Drunk History
Now Open. The Paley Center for Media takes visitors on a trip through the hilarious world of Comedy Central’s Drunk History, the liquored-up narration of our nation’s history. The exhibit features intricate dioramas that represent each episode of the upcoming sixth season of the series. Pico Fitness Crawl
Jan. 12. Just in time for those 2019 resolutions, 17 fitness businesses on Santa Monica’s Pico Boulevard will hold 10-minute workouts, every 20 minutes. Participants will run, jog or walk along 2.5 miles from workout to workout. Experience traditional favorites like Pilates and yoga, plus professional dance choreography onstage at the Morgan-Wixson Theatre, resistance training at the Original Muscle Beach, Aztec dance and virtual golf. 9 a.m.-1 p.m. $10. Jan. 13. Improv Everywhere continues its annual meetup where participants ride the L.A. Metro in their skivvies. Choose from six rendezvous points: the Del Mar or Atlantic stations on the Gold Line; Willowbrook/Rosa Parks station on the Blue Line; North Hollywood station on the Red Line; Wilshire/Western on the Purple Line; or the Culver City station on the Expo line. Cole’s Year of the Dip

Notorious RBG in Song
Jan. 13. The Skirball Cultural Center presents acclaimed composer-soprano Patrice Michaels in a performance of songs from her new album, Notorious RBG in Song. Hailed as “a formidable interpretive talent” by The New Yorker, Michaels will bring to the stage music and stories exploring the life and work of United States Supreme Court Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg in celebration of the her 25th anniversary on the high court.
