The beef Bourguignon tacos are a must, along with the restaurant’s signature Angel’s Eggs (their take on deviled eggs served with an addictive chipotle mayonnaise), and grilled octopus served over burnt cauliflower and cauliflower puree. The night we were there the restaurant served roasted Mary’s chicken breast with a morel mushroom sauce with pommes dauphine.
