L.A Pride in the Park

June 9 & 10. LA Pride in the Park returns headlined by Megan Thee Stallion and Mariah Carey. This year’s festival not only promises an array of food and beverages, bars, diverse local vendors and LGBTQ+ exhibitors, but also offers a substantial sober space, exciting sponsor giveaways and a designated area for the leather community. Boat Cinema

Starts June 9. Experience the unique Boat Cinema at Castaic Lake this summer, featuring a mix of nautical-themed films and timeless classics. Rent a mini electric boat that seats up to five people ($199-$249) or watch from the beach ($15) with a great view of the sand-based screen. Along with beachside music, there are options for pre-ordered picnic or charcuterie boxes and even pizza delivery to your boat and canoe-based concessions. Rosé on Rose Wine Fest

June 10. Join the inaugural “Rosé on Rose” wine fest on National Rosé Day at Venice’s Rose Avenue. Enjoy the coastal ambiance with rosé tastings, music, art, games, vendors, photo ops and a disco recovery lounge. With a wristband, you gain access to rosé-themed specials, exclusive merchandise deals at Parachute and Yanapuma, wine flights from Venice Beach Wines and more. Capri Arrives in Eataly

Now Open. Eataly Los Angeles has permanently established its coastal Italian pop-up on the main shopping floor. Capri offers a Southern Italian dining experience with a menu that includes fresh seafood, traditional pasta, spritzes and regional wines. The new layout features a wine bar, a special crudo menu, a limoncello-focused beverage program and a guest chef series with some of the city’s top crudo chefs. Now Open. Nestled on the 34th floor of the AC Hotel Downtown LA, La Lo La Rooftop is a Spanish restaurant offering a panoramic view of the city. Savor an array of cocktails and Spanish-style tapas, including gambas al ajillo and grilled skirt steak skewers, set amid lush greenery and cozy heated seating areas. This year’s dynamic lineup includes new and returning vendors, representing a broad spectrum of ownership that spans women, Black, Latinx, AAPI, Indigenous and immigrant entrepreneurs.
