July 4th Fireworks Spectacular with The Beach Boys

July 2-4. The Hollywood Bowl presents its annual 4th of July extravaganza, featuring a spectacular fireworks finale and a remarkable performance by the Beach Boys (featuring Mike Love and Bruce Johnston). Gloria Molina Grand Park’s 4th of July Block Party 

July 4. Gloria Molina Grand Park makes history with its first-ever drone show, replacing traditional fireworks. This innovative and pet-friendly 12-minute display will light up the night sky above The Music Center, synchronized with a curated playlist honoring the 50th anniversary of Hip-Hop. Pride Night at the Original Farmers Market and The Grove

Starts June 30. Introducing Netflix Bites at the new Short Stories hotel, where acclaimed chefs from popular Netflix series collaborate to create a special tasting menu. Featuring culinary stars like Curtis Stone, Dominique Crenn, Rodney Scott, Ming Tsai, Ann Kim, Nadiya Hussain, Jacques Torres and Andrew Zimmern, this unique dining experience showcases their specialties in flavorful bites. Starts June 30. The Japanese American National Museum presents Aki’s Market, a new and uniquely personal project by acclaimed multimedia artist and filmmaker Glenn Akira Kaino. This project delves into the transgenerational trauma stemming from the internment of Japanese Americans during World War II. It seeks to foster healing and dismantle emotional remnants of the mass incarceration, weaving together the stories of his family and the broader community.
