Los Angeles Ballet’s A Chance to Dance
July 26. As Los Angeles Ballet’s community outreach initiative, A Chance to Dance offers free virtual ballet classes, alternative dance/fitness classes, lectures and demonstrations with dancers of Los Angeles Ballet. Winesplaining with Zafa and Co. Cellars
July 26. Cheers to the weekend! The Silver Lake wine shop Vinovore presents a virtual wine tasting with owner Coly Den Haan and special host Zwann Grays from Brooklyn’s Olmsted. This week, they will be joined by winemaker Krista Scruggs of Zafa and Co. Cellars to learn about her winemaking process. All of the proceeds from this tasting will be donated to Black Girls Code. July 23-26. IAMA Theatre Company presents a four-day virtual reading series featuring six different works by emerging, Los Angeles-based playwrights under the age of 30.
