Santa Monica Pub Crawl

Dec. 16. The annual Crawl offers a unique opportunity to support charity while enjoying a night out with friends. Yuletide Cinemaland

Starts Dec. 15. In partnership with Pluto TV, Street Food Cinema and TIL Events present Yuletide Cinemaland, a festive holiday event at the historic Heritage Square Museum in Los Angeles. This immersive experience features Victorian home tours, a variety of food trucks, a vendor market, and heartwarming films shown outdoors. Holiday Yappy Hour

Dec. 16. Join the festive Ugly Sweater Yappy Hour, hosted by Joybird and Saturday Dog Club, for a celebration of holiday cheer and dog-friendly fun. Sip on festive drinks alongside your four-legged companion, while participating in a raffle for exciting prizes, capture the holiday spirit from the doggy portrait station, a showcase of local artists’ seasonal works and a dog treat tasting for your furry friend. CoComelon Party Time

Until Dec. 30. The popular Youtube channel presents a fun and interactive experience for children featuring JJ, YoYo, TomTom, Nina and Cody. Sessions include a variety of activities like ring toss, bear bean bag toss, dancing on a light-up floor to CoComelon tunes, party-themed snack bags, creative coloring, DIY party hat stations and engaging story time with sing-alongs. Revamped Menu at Santo Restaurant 

Now Open. The popular Japanese Mexican fusion restaurant in Silverlake unveils a new menu featuring sashimi, rolls, nigiris and new set offerings, including various vegan options. Standout starters include Hiroshito peppers and tempura-style rock shrimp, while the nigiri section offers specialties like o’toro with dry miso and buttery salmon. East Comes West- Proper welcomes Tsubaki

Dec.16-17. The Santa Monica Proper introduces a new weekend dining series at its Siete restaurant space. This week’s showcase is a tasting menu by Tsubaki, a classic Izakaya-style tavern located in Echo Park. Maydan Market Welcome Pop-Up

Dec. 15-17. The up and coming West Adams dining complex is hosting a welcome pop-up featuring shops from local businesses and culinary delights from Maydan, Poncho’s Tlayudas, Tamales Elena y Antojitos and more. A Christmas Carol

Starts Dec. 15. A Noise Within Theatre presents its annual production of Dickens’s beloved tale, directed by Geoff Elliott and Julia Rodriguez-Elliott. This festive and inspiring rendition, featuring imaginative costumes by Angela Balogh Calin, stars Elliott and his fellow resident artists. Beethoven Symphonies with Zubin Mehta

Dec. 14-17. Under the baton of Zubin Mehta, the Los Angeles Philharmonic brings to life Beethoven’s Sixth Symphony, known as the “Pastoral,” evoking the tranquility of the Viennese countryside. This symphony, familiar to many from Disney’s “Fantasia,” contrasts markedly with Beethoven’s darker compositions. The concert’s second half features the groundbreaking “Eroica,” or Heroic Third Symphony, a work renowned for its profound impact on orchestral music. First show starts Thursday at 8 p.m. 111 S. In a Shady Valley, Near a Running Water

Until Dec. 22. Ewa Juszkiewicz’s latest exhibition at Gagosian Beverly Hills, showcasing her distinctive new paintings, is nearing its close. Renowned for her unique approach, Juszkiewicz transforms historical portraits of women with a blend of fantastical surrealism and disconcerting alterations.
