Beach Eats To Go

Aug. 6. Take an evening beach-side stroll while noshing on some good eats during the Best Food Trucks’ weekly event in Marina del Rey. Every Thursday through August, order food in advance online and pick it up later to enjoy while you’re out-and-about. This week’s food truck lineup includes Brew Wings, Habibi Shack, Rice Balls of Fire, Roll’n Lobster L.A., Scooter’s Italian Ice and The Tropic Truck. YOGAqua Classes at Mother’s Beach

Aug. 6-9. Center yourself with a fun paddleboard yoga session with YOGAqua at Mother’s Beach. Classic Bollywood Dance Class 

Aug. 8. Level up your dancing skills with a classic Bollywood (virtual) dance class, presented by Fowler Museum and UCLA’s Visual and Performing Arts Education Program (VAPAE). Play Your Part: A Benefit for Y.O.L.A.

Aug. 7. While we are unable to gather in person at the Hollywood Bowl this summer, the L.A. Phil is dedicated to keeping the music alive with this online concert and workshop. Featured artists include Brandi Carlile, Gustavo Dudamel, Thomas Wilkins, members of the L.A. Phil and members of Youth Orchestra Los Angeles (Y.O.L.A.).
