LA Beer Fest

April 5. Now in its 17th year, one of the city’s favorite beer celebration pours into LA Center Studios with over 80 breweries, 200 beers, food trucks and live music. General admission includes unlimited tastings (food sold separately), while Connoisseur’s Tickets offer access to a private deck with rare brews and commemorative glassware. Wiggle Waggle Walk & Run

April 6. Support the Pasadena Humane Society—especially after their heroic response to the Eaton Fire—by lacing up for their annual walk around the Rose Bowl. The event raises vital funds to care for local shelter pets and includes photo ops, pet-friendly vendors, food trucks, a training park and even a dog costume contest. Renaissance Pleasure Faire

Starts April 5. Here ye, hear ye. The Renaissance Pleasure Faire returns to Irwindale for another season of Elizabethan revelry, transforming 20 acres of the Santa Fe Dam Recreation Area into a lively village filled with jousting tournaments, queen’s tea parties, stage performances, hearty fare, ales, games and costumed merriment. As the oldest Ren Faire in the country, it showcases weekends of immersive entertainment—day and season passes available online for those ready to step back in time. Back to Nature Pop-Up

April 4-6. Abbot Kinney is getting a delicious pop-up takeover with the Back to Nature Snack Stop, a weekend-long celebration filled with crave-worthy snacks, surprise giveaways and good vibes. Swing by for brunch bites, nostalgic treats, surf shack hangouts and a special guest appearance by cookbook author Molly Baz. Gloria Molina Grand Park’s Easy Mornings 

April 5 & 19 . Bring ease to your Saturday mornings at Grand Park with two free community days designed to refresh the body and soul in the wake of the wildfires. Expect yoga, arts and crafts, outdoor games, dancing, music and nature-driven activities—plus a dog adoption fair. Aristotle/Alexander

Ongoing. Set in 342 BC, Aristotle and Alexander stages the intense meeting between the revolutionary thinker and his gifted student, the future conqueror Alexander the Great.
