Until May 10. A citywide comedy takeover returns as Netflix Is a Joke Fest expands across Los Angeles with more than 350 live shows featuring some of stand-up’s biggest names. The lineup includes performances from Ali Wong, Jerry Seinfeld, Jim Gaffigan, John Mulaney and Taylor Tomlinson, alongside podcast tapings and surprise music appearances from artists like Jelly Roll and Lizzo. Kite Festival Brings Art, Music and Community to the Park

May 9. Centered around the theme “Take a Breath,” this year’s Kite Festival celebrates the wind, open sky and shared connection that bring the event to life.
