SANTA MONICA Born Jacob Jonas makes his BroadStage debut with an autobiographical dance trilogy exploring the nature of healing. Presented over three days, Keeping Score marks Jonas’ first post-cancer work—a journey through illness before, during, and after treatment.
Restart, performed March 19 and 22, examines the psychological aftermath, reckoning with life, death, and the space in between. Nature Sounds While the IV Drips, reflecting the endurance of hospitalization and the emotional weight of chemotherapy, and Product of Divorce, which explores childhood and pre-cancer trauma, are performed together March 20 and 22.
