Sea Country Festival
Aug. 22-24. The City of Laguna Niguel’s Parks and Recreation Department will be hosting a 3-day festival to end summer. Bring your friends and family to experience this end-of-summer event with music, rides, games, food, and much more. The Festival is a free entry event, with nominal fees for attractions and games. La Habra Corn Festival
Aug. 22-24. The La Habra Corn Festival is a FREE annual event hosted by the La Habra Host Lions Club that celebrates community spirit, local tradition—and this year, La Habra’s 100th birthday. First held in 1947, the Corn Festival began as a small neighborhood gathering with square dancing, bingo, and—of course—buttered corn. Since then, it has grown into one of the Lion’s biggest events and fundraisers, drawing thousands of visitors for a weekend full of fun, food, and memories. See website for specific times. Oogie Boogie Bash
Starts Aug. 22. Back to run Halloween at Disneyland, Oogie Boogie Bash returns to Disney California Adventure Park for 2025. The after-hours, specially ticketed event runs select nights from late August through October, offering exclusive entertainment and shorter wait times across the park. Explore immersive trick-or-treat trails, catch the Headless Horseman leading the Frightfully Fun Parade and step into the villain-filled maze of Villains Grove. Beyond the Halloween fun, attendees also enjoy after-hours access to rides across most lands, including Avengers Campus—where Guardians of the Galaxy transforms into its Monsters After Dark edition. Aug. 24.
