Tchaikovsky Spectacular
Aug. 30. Conductor Stephanie Childress – Principal Guest Conductor of the Barcelona Symphony Orchestra – makes her San Diego Symphony debut in the orchestra’s annual favorite, Tchaikovsky Spectacular. Aug 24. Boyz II Men returns to The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park with the San Diego Symphony following the Grammy Award-winning group’s sold-out debut at the venue in 2022. Gipsy Kings featuring Nicolas Reyes
Aug. 10. Gipsy Kings, founded in 1978 in Arles and Montpellier, in southern France, are well known for their mix of Catalan rumba, flamenco, salsa, and pop. Gipsy Kings became popular with their self-titled third album, which included the songs “Djobi Djoba”, “Bamboléo” and the ballad “Un Amor”.
