Hit Harder with C4: A Celebration of Fitness and Community

On July 13th, C4, the original pre-workout brand known for its unparalleled energy and performance enhancement, teamed up with the exclusive YoungLA gym for the inaugural Hit Harder event. This event celebrated fitness culture, community, and the powerful connections forged through shared dedication to health and wellness. With the purchase of a general ticket, attendees gained access to this premier event, featuring meet and greets with top C4 athletes, fitness challenges, and a unique opportunity to experience all that C4 Pre-Workout has to offer.

Meet the C4 Athletes

The event offered a rare chance to meet and interact with some of the most influential names in fitness. The roster included bodybuilder Jeff Seid, celeb trainer George Bamfo Jr., and fitness trainer Lauren Johnson, among others. Fans enjoyed lifting challenges, posing clinics, and more, all fueled by C4’s range of pre-workout products.

Posing Clinics and Fitness Challenges

Attendees aiming to perfect their stage presence or capture the perfect photo participated in posing clinics led by Jeff Seid and special guest Janet Layug. Additionally, a series of strength competitions, including deadlifts, pull-ups, and push-ups, gave attendees the chance to win limited-edition Hit Harder weightlifting belts and other prizes.

Open Lift and Exclusive Access

Throughout the gym, C4 Fueling Stations offered the latest flavors of C4, including the new Hawaiian Punch. After workouts, attendees headed to the XTEND® Recover Lounge for a refreshing mocktail. Live music from LA’s hottest DJs kept the energy high, ensuring everyone stayed motivated and hyped throughout the day.

Magazine Shoot

A highlight of the event was the magazine shoot, where attendees posed and flexed for a chance to feature on the cover of the Hit Harder magazine. It was an exciting opportunity for many in the fitness community to see their hard work and dedication recognized.

Athlete Inspirations

Throughout the day, several C4 athletes shared their personal inspirations for fitness. Courtney Crawley emphasized, “Fitness is not just about physical strength; it’s about mental fortitude. Every challenge I face in the gym prepares me for the challenges of life. My goal is to inspire others to find their inner strength and never give up on their dreams.”

Jeff Seid reflected on his commitment to excellence, saying, “Fitness is a lifelong commitment to excellence. It’s about pushing the limits of what my body can achieve and inspiring others to believe in their potential. Every day is an opportunity to improve and become the best version of myself.”

Janet Layug spoke about the transformative power of fitness, “Fitness is a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. It’s about finding balance, embracing challenges, and celebrating every small victory. I strive to inspire others to pursue their passions and live a healthy, fulfilling life.” (I couldn’t find a good picture)

Finally, hybrid athlete Aaron Blackmon highlighted the importance of versatility, “Being a hybrid athlete means embracing versatility and constantly challenging myself. Fitness is about breaking barriers and redefining what’s possible. My mission is to show that with dedication and the right mindset, anyone can achieve greatness in multiple areas of fitness.”

A Conversation with Lauren Johnson

During the Hit Harder event, I had the pleasure of sitting down with fitness trainer Lauren Johnson, who shared her insights on fitness, dedication, and the role of C4 in her training regimen.

Interviewer: Lauren, it was great to see you at the Hit Harder event. Can you tell us about your journey into fitness and what drives your passion?

Lauren Johnson: Thank you! My journey into fitness started when I was a teenager. I was always active in sports doing activities such as yoga, but it wasn’t until college that I truly fell in love with training and the science behind it. What drives me is the transformative power of fitness – not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Helping others achieve their goals and see their potential is incredibly rewarding.

Interviewer: How did C4 fit into your training routine?

Lauren Johnson: C4 has been a game-changer for me. The energy and focus it provides are unmatched. Whether I’m preparing for a competition or just hitting a regular workout, C4 gives me the push I need to perform at my best. The variety of flavors also keeps things exciting, which is a nice bonus!

Interviewer: Speaking of goals, I noticed you were chatting with a lot of the attendees. What were some of the fitness goals people shared with you?

Lauren Johnson: It was inspiring to hear so many different stories. Some people were training for their first bodybuilding competition, while others were working on personal bests in strength or endurance. There were also those who were getting back into shape after a hiatus. The common thread was the desire to improve and push their limits, which made the event so special.

Interviewer: Why do you think C4 is considered the premiere brand for pre-workout?

Lauren Johnson: C4 has built a reputation for delivering results. It’s trusted by athletes and fitness enthusiasts alike because of its consistent performance and innovative formulas. The brand’s commitment to quality and effectiveness makes it a go-to for anyone serious about their training.
