The Drizzle + Drip truck rolls through Los Angeles Oct. 21–25, pairing sauce tastings with OLIPOP’s caramel apple soda. A bottle of sauce can rescue a weeknight dinner. This October, Momofuku Goods is taking that proposition out of the pantry and onto the street, sending its Drizzle + Drip food truck across Los Angeles for five days of tastings with OLIPOP.
The Oct. 21–25 visit is the final stop of a tour that previously traveled through Boston and Dallas. For Los Angeles, the route moves from a Clippers game in Inglewood to USC, Westwood, Venice and Melrose—a small food crawl that comes to the neighborhood.

Developed by David Chang and the Momofuku Culinary Lab, the pantry brand is introducing a five-sauce collection through a drizzle bar where visitors can sample dishes featuring the different flavors. OLIPOP supplies the seasonal counterpoint: caramel apple soda, borrowing its flavor idea from the sticky fall treat.

The format invites a useful kind of comparison. Instead of buying a bottle based on its label, visitors can taste what the sauces do to a dish and decide which belongs in their own rotation. Giveaways, a charm bar and photo opportunities add to the pop-up, but the food provides the reason to stop.
Wednesday’s appearance runs from 4:30 to 7 p.m. at the Clippers game at Intuit Dome. The remaining stops operate from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.: USC on Thursday, Broxton Plaza on Friday, Abbot Kinney Boulevard on Saturday and Melrose Trading Post on Sunday.
The Venice and Westwood stops make particularly straightforward additions to an afternoon already spent in those neighborhoods. For the arena and market appearances, check the host venue’s access requirements before heading over; the announcement does not establish that every truck location is accessible without venue admission.
