Bella Terra Expands With Bacio di Latte and The NOW Massage in Huntington Beach

At Bella Terra, the mix is shifting again—less about retail alone, more about how people spend time. This year, the open-air lifestyle center in Huntington Beach adds two new tenants that reflect where Orange County is heading: quality-driven food and design-forward wellness.

Leading the expansion is Bacio di Latte, an internationally recognized gelato company known for its commitment to traditional Italian methods and high-grade ingredients. The brand, which has rapidly expanded across California in recent years, is set to open its first Huntington Beach location in Summer 2026, joining Bella Terra’s growing culinary lineup.

A Taste of Italy Arrives at Bella Terra

Founded in Milan, Bacio di Latte has built its identity around simplicity—fresh gelato made daily using organic milk, imported nuts, and seasonal fruit.

At Bella Terra, the new shop will sit next to Philz Coffee, adding a dessert-forward stop to the center’s already active dining corridor. The space is expected to reflect the brand’s signature style: bright, minimal, and focused on the product itself. Rotating flavors—from pistachio and hazelnut to fruit-based sorbets—will be made in-house, reinforcing the brand’s emphasis on freshness over scale.

It’s a natural fit for Huntington Beach, where coastal foot traffic and warm weather keep demand for casual, high-quality desserts steady year-round.

The NOW Massage Brings a Slower Pace to the Center

Later this year, The NOW Massage will open a 2,195-square-foot space designed as a reset from the surrounding energy. Known for its beach-inspired interiors and accessible luxury positioning, the brand has grown a loyal following across Southern California by simplifying the spa experience without lowering the standard.

The NOW’s approach is structured but flexible—offering Swedish-inspired massages, deep tissue treatments, and customizable enhancements that allow guests to tailor sessions based on recovery, stress, or routine maintenance. The design language stays consistent: neutral tones, natural textures, and an intentional absence of excess.

Located next to Madison Reed, the new studio adds a wellness layer to Bella Terra’s evolving identity—one that moves beyond shopping into how visitors spend extended time on-site.

A Lifestyle Center That Continues to Evolve

The additions reflect a broader recalibration happening across lifestyle centers. At Bella Terra, the shift leans toward experience—places to linger rather than pass through.

Food that’s made fresh, wellness that feels considered, and spaces designed with intention are no longer secondary—they’re the draw. With Bacio di Latte opening this summer and The NOW Massage arriving in the fall, Bella Terra continues to position itself as more than a retail hub. It’s becoming a destination built around rhythm: coffee in the morning, gelato in the afternoon, and a massage somewhere in between.
