Alchemy Teams up with Blind Tiger Cocktail Co.

Alchemy-and-blind-tigerThe cultural fare at Alchemy pairs perfectly with Blind Tiger’s craft cocktails in this spirited new partnership.

One of the city’s finest cocktail consortiums, Blind Tiger Cocktail Co., has taken over the bar program at South Park’s Alchemy Cultural Fare & Cocktails. The cocktail consortium has revitalized the drink menu to include classic cocktails created with modern culinary flair and housemade cordials, tinctures and syrups such as the Alchemist’s Mule, made with Tru Organic Vodka, grapefruit-lime cordial, Angostura bitters and ginger beer, or Newton’s Night Cap, made with Powers Irish Whiskey, spiced apple cordial and sparkling wine. The likeminded taste aficionados of Alchemy and Blind Tiger are partnering both within the restaurant and out on the town with custom catering and bar services. You might even find one of the boys of Blind Tiger behind the bar every now and again. Sample the new libations at the official release party, Thurdsay, Dec. 13 from 8 p.m. to close with complimentary tray-passed street-food inspired bites from Alchemy’s renowned Chef Ricardo Heredia and live beats. 1503 30th St., South Park. 619.255.0616. alchemysandiego.com
