Barleymash Introduces Brunch, Bloody Mary Bar

With its newly debuted brunch menu, Gaslamp hotspot Barleymash presents a fully customizable Bloody Mary bar.

Barleymash, the Gaslamp’s new spot for beer- and whiskey-infused food, is now serving its spiked dishes for lunch and brunch. Perfect to help you recover from a big night out, Barleymash’s new Saturday and Sunday brunch menu offers hearty portions of morning comfort foods with a barley-inspired twist like the Pretzel Benedict — a serving of stout-braised short ribs, honey-porter pulled pork or applewood smoked bacon with poached eggs topped with bourbon brown butter hollandaise. Also on the brunch menu is a range of hashes to pair perfectly with any type of Bloody Mary. Monday through Friday, the lunch menu showcases the restaurant’s signature barley-based pizzas and burgers.
