Raise a glass and celebrate a decade of decadence as the San Diego Bay Wine & Food Festival returns November 18-24 with more than 25 culinary events city-wide. The week-long epicurean experience celebrates San Diego’s incredible and growing food and drink scene with more than 25 citywide events, appearances by renown chefs from across the nation, wine and cooking classes, chef dinners, The Fit Foodie 5K and multiple tasting events. The festival’s annual shining star, the Grand Tasting on Saturday, November 23, will transform the Embarcadero into a foodie’s paradise—70 local restaurants and gourmet food companies will showcase their signature offerings alongside 200 wineries, breweries and sprit companies pouring sips from around the world. The Grand Tasting also includes a chef competition where San Diego’s best chefs will take center stage to duke it out for the title of Chef of the Fest and $50,000 in cash and prizes. Attendees can vote for their favorite restaurant to be crowned this year’s People’s Choice Award winner.
