Haven Gastropub introduces new specialty cocktails to its menu of craft beer, boutique wines and existing hand-crafted cocktails. Sullivan Irish Whiskey, cherry herring, Carpano Antica Vermouth and orange foam or sip on the Earl Grey Mar-TEA-ni, a concoction of Earl Grey-infused gin, Barenjaher-infused syrup and egg white. Also new are the Revolver with Four Roses small batch bourbon, vanilla syrup, cherry bitters and smoked ice and the Mad Ginger, a punchy blend of Jameson Irish Whiskey, Snap ginger liqueur and cinnamon syrup.
