The festival that first took place in Lake Tahoe has made a permanent home in Los Angeles at Wanderlust Hollywood, a community center that offers yoga and meditation classes, retail space, a full-service organic and local café, special programming and membership. Whether you’re newbie or a seasoned yogi, Wanderlust Hollywood has something for everyone on the yoga spectrum.
The top floor makes up the yoga and mediation studio where seasoned teachers will teach a variety of classes for all levels. Explore classes ranging from Vinyasa to Kundalini methods, to Wanderlust signatures like The Fixx, a vigorous 45 minute flow class, is a straight up shot of all the good stuff, set to a carefully curated soundtrack; Soulscape, an all-level integration of music and yoga that is a microcosm of the Wanderlust Festival experience; and Soul Revival, which incorporates one hour of flow with 20 minutes of Vinyasa and 10 minutes of restoration.
Wanderlust Café features a variety of vegan and gluten-free options, curated by award-winning chef Seamus Mullen. The café offers breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as fair trade and organic coffee. After a meditation class, order tea or a glass of wine and head to the library, a members-only lounge. There’s also the lab, an open space for socializing next to the gallery, a space set aside for community art. A rooftop deck overlooking Hollywood provides for members provides space to socialize and relax.
Wanderlust will celebrate its opening beginning July 24 with a two-day event featuring internationally known yoga instructors and musicians.
