Pomona Harvest Festival Original Art & Craft Show
Dec. 1-3. Building on 45 years of success, this traveling marketplace is a one stop shop for all your gifting needs. Kids can join the fun with a family-friendly KidZone section as well as enjoying live entertainment throughout the day. 2nd Annual STRIIIKE Holiday Market

Holiday Festival and Pop-Up Artisan Market
Dec. 2. Rolling into Union Station’s south patio is the first-ever pop-up artisan market in the historic downtown landmark. Market West
Dec. 2. A brand new option for shoppers in 2017, this holiday craft market blossoms mere blocks from the Pacific Ocean. Lineup highlights include LACAUSA, Pax Ceramics, The Glad Hours and POE Jewelry. Snacks by TENZO and Canyon Coffee will also be served on-site. Free. 10 a.m.-4 p.m. 800 Main St., Venice.

Grand Central Market Holiday Marketplace
Dec. 2-3. The iconic food hall, which recently celebrated 100 years, transforms to a festive emporium for two days of holiday merriment. Shop from local favorites like the Los Angeles County Store, M.Greenwood Jams and more while snacking on seasonal dishes from Chiles Secos, Horse Thief BBQ and Belcampo. Birch and Bone’s wreath-making pop-up, featuring floral artist Amelia Posada, will also return for 2017. 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Free. 317 S. Broadway, downtown.

Artisanal LA Holiday Market
Dec. 2, 9, 15. Celebrate the city’s finest local, sustainable and handmade goods from both emerging and established artisans. The family-friendly market will make stops in Santa Monica (Dec. 2), Arcadia (Dec. 9) and downtown L.A. (Dec. 15), giving you ample time to perfect your list. Dec. 3. Sip and snack your way through this socially conscious marketplace that puts female-founded brands in the spotlight. Smorgasburg LA Holiday Market
Dec. 3, 10, 17. Known for its weekly Sunday pop-ups at ROW DTLA, this year’s holiday market will be twice as nice with double the number of shopping vendors. In addition to the bolstered artisan lineup, expect a Christmas-themed photo booth, DIY holiday decor workshops hosted by The Other Half, live entertainment and Smorgasburg’s usual gathering of delicious food options. 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Free. Modern Artisan Marketplace
Dec. 3, 16. With an eye on bridging the gap between artisans markets and an elevated retail experience, this local marketplace will pop-up at both ROW DTLA and Platform LA this December. Guests will find an exceptional lineup of 60+ unique brands covering fashion, beauty, home goods and more. 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Free. December 3: ROW DTLA, 777 Alameda St., downtown. Dec. 9. Tinseltown glitters brighter than usual at this exclusive, one-day holiday pop-up. Dec. 9-10. The world’s largest curated showcase of independent craft and design returns to Los Angeles for its ninth year. Dec. 9, 23. Stock up for the holidays at this year-round L.A. staple featuring the vibrant, artistic community of Venice. A Taste of the Holidays: Christmas Market
Dec. 15, 16, 17. Join CRAFTED, San Pedro’s permanent year-round artisan marketplace, for their first ever European-style Christmas market. Odd Market on the Santa Monica Pier

L.A. Original Pop-Up
Through Dec. 31. Mayor Eric Garcetti is capitalizing on the city’s creative culture with L.A. Original, an initiative to promote local makers through a collection of L.A.-branded products. Some of the area’s coolest companies, including Clare V. and Pocket Square Clothing, contributed designs, proceeds from which support creative entrepreneurship in underserved L.A. communities. Shop the products at the L.A. Original pop-up in Westfield Century City.

Informal Shop
Through Feb. 25. This holiday season, and extending into 2018, The Standard in downtown L.A. fuses gifts, art, activism and workout sessions for an interactive retail experience presented by EVERYBODY.WORLD. On the shopping front, expect a discerningly stocked mini-market, ethically produced goods and new collaborations launched exclusively at The Standard. 550 S. Flower St., L.A.
