Los Angeles retail is experiencing a sugar high with the addition of chic new sweets boutiques. Here are the sweetest new attractions in LA!

Bo Nuage
There’s a new Parisian patisserie in town and this one—from chef Pascal and his wife Audrey Achcar—offers heavenly “nuage” cakes comprised of whipped cream sandwiched between two layers of meringue, covered in whipped cream and shaved white chocolate. Savor 15 favors (think dark chocolate, vanilla, salted caramel, coffee and more) of the bite-sized mini cakes and also find larger wedding-sized cakes as well. The cafe also serves a selection of Lamill coffee, tea, and beverages to-go. 8010 Melrose Ave., L.A., 310.880.2065. bonuage.com

Sweet Rose Creamery
Get your ice cream fix at the newest location of the revered small batch ice cream shop from restaurateurs Josh Loeb and Zoe Nathan and Co-Owner/Executive Chef Shiho Yoshikawa. The third location features a rotating selection of Yoshikawa’s classic and seasonally inspired flavors, such as yam swirl with salty sesame brittle, malted chocolate with hazelnut praline, and tangerine sorbet, alongside her signature shakes, sundaes, ice cream sandwiches, and more including freshly baked sweet and savory pastries from sister restaurant Milo & Olive and a full service espresso and coffee bar with single-origin pour-over, espresso and affogato options, and 24-hour cold brews from local roaster Caffe Luxxe. 7565 Beverly Blvd., L.A. sweetrosecreamery.com

Sugarfina
Billed as a “candy experience for grown-ups,” Sugarfina was conceived as an e-commerce site by couple Rosie O’Neill and Josh Resnick on their third date. Sugarfina’s first and only boutique peddles all manner of high-end sweets: imported confections, hand-painted chocolates and cocktail-inspired gummies (Peach Bellini and Cuba Libre are favorites), all sold in cheery, chic packaging. A section inspired by Beverly Hills features treats such as chocolate mint “caviar.” 9495 S. Santa Monica Blvd., Beverly Hills, 855.784.2734. sugarfina.com

Sugar Factory
On legendary Hollywood Boulevard, Sugar Factory offers candies and ice cream treats in a three-level space. Its signature sweet is the Couture Pop, a lollipop on a sparkly stick; some pops, such as the Marilyn Monroe Couture Pop, are Hollywood-themed. 6933 Hollywood Blvd., Hollywood, 323.464.7352. sugarfactory.com
