For the first time in it’s five year history, the Ritz Carlton, Los Angeles is opening its 26th floor rooftop terrace to the public every Friday and Saturday night through Sept. 5, 2015. Secure a pre-confirmed reservation to enjoy a selection of Asian-inspired, a la carte small bites and seasonal cocktails (with ingredients from the rooftop’s herb and fruit garden) and live jazz tunes—all over sweeping city views.
WP24 Restaurant’s Chef de Cuisine John Lechleidner dishes out small plates such as roasted Kurobuta pork banh mi with pickled vegetables, cilantro and chilies; red snapper ceviche with aji amarillo, citrus, basil and cilantro; and grilled prawns with coconut sticky rice, pickled vegetables and red curry.
The cocktail selection is perfect for the season with stand-outs that include the Pele Pomegranate with Beefeater gin, Pama, cucumber and mint; create-your-own mojitos in a variety of flavors from mango cocoanut to strawberry; and Longo Lychee with Bacardi, lychee juice and strawberry.
Here are a few highlights from the experience:
