At Patina’s Jan. 11 and Jan. 12 black truffle dinners, guests will savor four-star Executive Chef Tony Esnault’s tantalizing menu with black truffles in every dish, from Milk fed veal tenderloin with crushed truffles to the Butter poached Maine lobster with truffles. Also, as preeminent authority on truffles, Mr. Christopher Poron, of the PLANTIN Truffle Company in France, spends the evening table-side sharing stories of harvesting these earthy treasures.
