1/2 cup Wild Arugula
3⁄4 oz. Agave Syrup
3⁄4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
2 oz. Hendrick’s Gin
Micro arugula, for garnish
In a shaker, muddle the wild arugula with the agave and lime juice. Add the gin and shake. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and serve. Garnish with micro arugula.
