White & Gold at Fig & Olive Melrose Place
Whether you want to eat early on the restaurant’s a la carte menu, later on specials like grilled Maine lobster, truffle risotto and grilled filet Mignon on the White & Gold four-course prix-fixe dinner ($150/pp starting at 9 p.m.), or party into the night over drinks and passed hors d’oeuvres at the White & Gold cocktail party ($100/pp 9 p.m.-midnight), find it all at Fig & Olive Melrose Place. Come early to enjoy your favorite dishes on RivaBella’s menu, or stay later into the evening to enjoy a preset menu (think langoustine crude, semolina gnocchi with oxtail ragu, risotto “cacao e pepe” with king crab, oven baked Dover sole and more), champagne toast and party favors. Available at 9 p.m., 9:30 p.m., 10 p.m., and 10:30 p.m. for $125/pp.

Celebrate over a special seven-course prix-fixe dinner over highlights like baked live scallop with black truffle, Maine lobster, wild striped bass and dry aged prime rib of beef with black truffle and braised root vegetables. $210/280 with wine pairings.

Ring in the new year at the downtown find dining destination’s annual gala. Enjoy prix-fixe early evening and mid-evening feasts, and an á la carte menu available in the late evening. Luxurious offerings include Lobster Ravioli au Daikon with caviar and verjus vinaigrette; Guinea Hen with charred leeks, leg confit cigar, and sauce Périgord; Pavlova with passionfruit crème and champagne bubbles; Petrossian Caviar with buckwheat blinis and traditional accoutrements; and a selection of matured artisanal cheeses from Patina’s legendary cheese cart, served with a variety of winter chutneys and gourmet nuts. Early seating $72/pp three courses, mid-evening gala $185/pp for eight courses, a la carte items range from $15-$55 during the late seating.

Dine early on a four-course prix-fixe menu with amuse for $150/pp (5:30-6:30 p.m.), or later in the evening on a six-course prix-fixe menu with amuse and highlights like Maine lobster with hearts of palm, sweet potato and truffle tortellini, Dover sole and more including dive music and dancing ($275/pp,  8:30-9:30 p.m.).

Butchers & Barbers
Dine on a special six-course dinner featuring selections like Dungeness crab agnolotti, duck breast with slow cooked black kale, prime rib and more. $95/pp, includes a class of champagne.

New Year’s Rockin’ Eve at Cecconi’s
Ring in 2015 over a four-course prix fixe menu and a complementary glass of Champagne. Highlights of the meal include seared yellow fin, tonnata, quail eggs and chili; risotto, porcini and black truffle; prime beef filet, cipollini agrodolce and Barolo jus; and scallops, cauliflower & pancetta. First seating 5-8 p.m., $90/pp; second seating after 9 p.m., $150/pp.

Dine early on a four-course menu, or to raise a glass with a five-course prix fixe menu during the prestigious hotel’s New Year’s Eve Gala in the adjacent Windows Lounge. Both meals will also feature an optional $65 white truffle supplement featuring truffles hand-sourced from Alba, located in the heart of Piedmont, Italy. Highlights include John Dory with brown butter gnocchi, Vitello Lombo with Swiss chard, olives, persimmon mustard and creamy polenta. 6-7 p.m., $85/pp; 8-11 p.m., $135/pp.

Dine on all your favorite menu items, rounded out with indulgent supplements and an expanded champagne menu.

Start your night early with a three course prix fixe dinner of highlights like steak tartare, ricotta agnolotti, crispy striped bass, vanilla caramel budino for $95/pp, 6-6:30 p.m. Later on you can indulge in a five-course tasting menu ($185/pp) featuring courses like big eye tuna involtini, roasted forest mushroom stufato, crispy black bass and more, including DJ and live music for both seatings.

Celebrate over a three-course menu and a complementary glass of Prosecco. Highlights of the menu include mussels and guanciale, pork meatballs, squid ink garganelli, ricotta cavatelli, Santa Barbara uni risotto and more. 5-10 p.m. $75/pp.

Hakkasan Beverly Hills
Dine on specialty prix fixe menus that include selections like Chinese chive dumplings, crispy duck salad, stir-fry black pepper beef ribeye, Crispy chicken in lemon sauce and more. Seatings are available at 5:30 p.m. ($78/pp), 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. ($138/pp).

Dine on a four-course prix-fixe menu that includes dishes like Austrian oxtail bouillon with Maine lobster, roasted rack of organic veal with French black truffles and Vahlrona chocolate bombe. $140/pp starting at 6 p.m., or $250/pp starting at 9 p.m. and including DJ entertainment.

Dine on a three-course prix-fixe menu that includes a glass of champagne and party favors, in addition to live DJ tunes and a 1 a.m. breakfast buffet. Seatings starting at 6:30 p.m.

Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel-Air
Dine on a six-course prix-fixe menu on highlights like Russian Imperial Osetra Caviar, Wagyu beef duo and tangerines and cream tres leches cake. Includes a glass of champagne and party favors at midnight. $195/pp, $65 for children 12 and under. Come back on New Year’s Day for a special three-course brunch that includes old fashioned ricotta-Meyer lemon blintzes with Bartlett pear and black currant compote; egg white frittata with asparagus, sun dried tomatoes, goat cheese and basil pesto aioli; and The H.B.A “Benedict” with poached organic eggs, white cheddar biscuit and maple hollandaise. $65/pp.

Hinoki & the Bird
Let the Century City dining destination transport you to Mumbai, India as the restaurant is decorated with colorful fabrics and Indian spice-inspired celebratory special dishes will complement the regular dinner menu. There will also be a champagne toast at midnight and DJ entertainment.

Sushi Roku
In Hollywood savor a five-course “Omakase” menu in addition to a midnight champagne toast and party favors ($90/pp, regular menu available). In Pasadena, dine on a five-course “Omakase” menu with a midnight champagne toast and party favors for $80/pp (regular menu will also be available). While in Santa Monica you can enjoy a five-course “Omakase” menu, midnight champagne toast and party favors for $90/pp, in addition to the regular menu.

Celebrate with a special prix-fixe dinner full of highlights like dry aged beef tartare and black truffle, ricotta and truffle agnolotti with black truffles, wild Mediterranean turbot with caramelized Brussels sprouts and a black truffle emulsion, prime beef short ribs braised in Barolo, dark chocolate tart with hazelnuts and banana gelato and more. Church & State Bistro
Dine on a five-course prix-fixe menu that includes highlights like marinated hamachi, butternut squash risotto, forest mushroom pasta with spinach, chocolate mousse and more. $95/pp.

Tokyo Nights at Chaya Downtown
Celebrate over a four-course prix-fixe menu that includes selections like lobster and Miyazaki Wagyu beef sushi, sake baked Peruvian sea bass, Tokyo miso braised Angus short rib and grilled filet Mignon and more, including live music by Japanese-American rock band Lolita Dark. From 5:30 p.m. $85/pp.

Choose from one of three separate truffle themed tasting menus. The 5:30 p.m., four-course seating will feature fresh black truffle throughout the menu, the 7 p.m., six-course menu will fresh feature black Perigot truffle throughout the menu, and the 9:30 p.m., eight-course seating will feature fresh black Perigot truffle, white Alba truffle and a live Jazz band as the countdown to the new year begins, complete with a toast at midnight ($80/$110$150).

Bootleggers Ball at Chaya Venice
Enjoy two seatings with live entertainment and flapper dancers. Enjoy a three-course chef’s menu from 5:30-7:30 p.m. for $85/pp; or a four-course chef’s menu with party favors and a champagne toast from 9-10 p.m. for $145/pp. You can also spend the evening in the lounge starting at 9 p.m., $30 includes one cocktail and a champagne toast.

The BOA Santa Monica location will offer the regular menu and open seating all night. Also enjoy a midnight champagne toast and party favors. In West Hollywood, dine on a $95 prix fixe menu from 5-9 p.m. for the early seating, as well as a $185 set menu for the grand seating from 9-9:30 p.m., which includes live music, a champagne toast, and seated table until midnight.

Cafe del Rey
Dine on a three-course celebratory prix-fixe menu featuring highlights like butternut squash soup, roasted chicken, rack of lamb with risotto and dark chocolate mousse. 5-10 p.m. $85/pp.

Celestino Ristorante & Bar
Dine on a special four-course menu featuring highlights like veal tortellini, smoked salmon crepes, aborio rice with sea urchin, Chilean sea bass, filet of Guinea fowl, flour less chocolate cake and more.

Salt’s Cure
Dine on an a la carte menu of the West Hollywood dining destination’s “greatest hits.” Highlights include California caviar and blinis, grilled oysters, duck breast with griddle cakes, lamb shank for two, Berkshire pork chop and more.

Tipple & Brine
Celebrate over a vast selection of champagne an oysters in addition to a full raw bar and other selections like sea urchin toast, market fish, seafood stew and a complementary champagne toast at midnight with noise makers and party favors. 4:30 p.m.-2 a.m.

La Boheme
Celebrate in style over a special dinner buffet filled with highlights like ceviche cups, oysters, grilled skirt steaks, sea bass, dessert display and much, much more. 7-10 p.m. $79/pp.

L’Assiette Steak Frites
Celebrate over the restaurant’s namesake dish, steak frites, sorrel soup or house salad, and a glass of complimentary champagne from 5:30-9 p.m. $25/pp. The party continues later into the night with a second seating of the dinner with live DJ entertainment, party favors, noise makers and free flowing champagne in addition to a champagne toast at midnight. 10 p.m.-1 a.m. $75/pp.

RockSugar Pan Asian Kitchen
Celebrate over a perfect menu for two. Enjoy three shared appetizers, two entrees, two shared sides and two desserts from Chef Mohan’s exclusive NYE menu. Includes Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut Champagne toast at midnight.

Celebrate over a special prix-fixe dinner menu for $85/pp, in addition to a regular a la carte menu.

Blue Plate Oysterette
Celebrate over New Year’s Eve specials like lobster tagiatelle, surf and turf and whole Dungeness crab. 5-10 p.m.

Tortilla Republic
Dine on a special three-course prix fixe menu complete with party favors, midnight champagne toast and more. Highlights include tequila tempura zucchini blossoms, pink peppercorn filet Mignon, fig and chorizo stuffed pork chop, Mexican chocolate pecan cake and more.

Tanzy Westwood
Enjoy a four-course menu, which includes a celebratory glass of prosecco. Watch New Year’s Eve specials around the world while you dine on highlights like Maine lobster salad, red kuri squash agnolotti, roasted Atlantic monkfish and winter savory infused yogurt with butternut squash semifreddo, Sicilian pistachios and black currant. $75/pp.

Dine on a four-course menu of Indian specialities including a tandoori platter, tiger prawns cooked in a zesty hot sauce, potatoes and baby spinach and more. $50.

Venice Whaler
Dine on a special prix-fixe menu that includes dishes like smoked tomato soup, slow braised short rib, grilled branzino and more, including a complementary cocktail. Diners also get free admission to the venue’s Winter Wonderland party. 11 a.m.-2 a.m. $65.

Stella Barra Hollywood
Nurse your hangover over a special pajama brunch. Enjoy the regular menu in addition to $10 bottomless bloody Marys and mimosas, including breakfast pizzas and brunch specials. If you wear your PJs you’ll receive a gift certificate equal to the price of their New Year’s Day meal (minus tax and gratuity) that can be used on a future visit. Reservations recommended.
