252 S. Brand is the newest development from real estate company, Caruso Affiliated—the force behind The Grove and The Americana at Brand. The walkable stretch of Brand Blvd. adjacent to the towering Masonic Temple, across from The Americana at Brand, will house five new curated dining options this fall: the aforementioned Eggslut and Shake Shack, along with Mainland Poke, Greenleaf Gourmet Chopshop and Philz Coffee.

Shake Shack
Shake Shack will open its third location in Los Angeles at 252 S. Brand in Glendale this fall.

“These tenants further define the city as one of the hippest enclaves of Los Angeles,” said Kloe Colacarro, head of leasing for Caruso Affiliated.

This will be the third LA location for Shake Shack, which just opened its first Southern California outpost in West Hollywood this March. The Glendale restaurant is expected to follow the opening of the chain’s Hollywood destination in the Eastown mixed-use complex. It will be Eggslut’s fourth location following a recent opening in Las Vegas and a soon-to-come outpost in Venice.
