Chef Casey Lane’s (The Tasting Kitchen) English gastropub-inspired restaurant and bar in downtown’s fashion district features a daily-changing menu of innovative, modern pub fare. Menu highlights include bone marrow with a celery salad; poutine pigs feet, buttermilk fried chicken; and daal (Indian lentils) served with chutney toast. The burger is sinfully delicious, arriving topped with epoisse cheese, pickled carrots and arugula.
