Lawry’s The Prime Rib is offering a 22 oz. 45-day dry-aged ribeye served with red wine butter, a twice-baked potato with aged cheddar, and garlic confit for $85 in honor of Father’s Day. During the dry-aging process, moisture is drawn out of the beef, intensifying its natural flavor and making the meat even more tender. At 45 days, the meat is known to have a buttery, slightly nutty taste, a great steak for your father to enjoy.
