Highlights range from an all foie gras menu at Petrossian (non-foie gras options are available as well), to olive-oil centered specialties inspired by the French Riviera at Fig & Olive Melrose Place. At Ray’s & Stark Bar Executive Chef Kris Morningstar offers Mediterranean-inspired dishes such as truffled rice agnolotti; and grilled pork belly with bitter greens, skin crackling and gold beet mustard. At The Bazaar by Jose Andres, nosh on selections from Blanco, Rojo and the Pâtisserie. Some of LA’s rising stars in the dining scene are also part of the mix, check out the menus at Picca, Sotto, Mezze, The Six, and Cliff’s Edge with new James Beard Award-winning chef Benjamin Bailly.
