Nick + Stef’s Steakhouse
Feb. 12-14. Celebrate in the downtown dining destination’s retro new design over a three or four-course menu from Chef Andreas Roller. Highlights include grilled loupe de mer with olives, capers, tomatoes and pequillo peppers; wild boar ragout with spaetzle salsify and forest mushrooms; and a petit filet and half lobster tail, poached in butter with Paris mashed potatoes. $78/pp for three courses, $90/pp for four courses. Patina Restaurant
Feb. 14. The downtown fine dining destination offers lovers the choice of a tree, four or eight course dinner. Feb. 14. Whether you want to woo your Valentine over brunch or dinner, the poolside dining spot inside the Avalon Beverly Hills has you covered. For brunch, Executive Chef Michael Hung pays homage to the Avalon Hotel’s most iconic resident, Marilyn Monroe, with a selection of brunch dishes inspired by the starlet’s most famous sweethearts, including Joe DiMaggio, Arthur Miller, John F. Kennedy, Marlon Brando, and Frank Sinatra. For dinner dine on a three-course prix-fixe dinner of Hung’s modern, California take on Continental classics. L.A. Chapter
Feb. 14. The trendy dining destination inside Ace Hotel downtown offers a three-course menu complete with dishes like rabbit rillettes with pickled carrot, garden demi-glace and house bread; beef cheek daube with couscous, harissa, medjool dates, almond gremolata and kumquat; risotto with whipped mascarpone, parmesan cheese, *add white truffle; and more. $60/pp.

Feb. 12-14. Transport you and your lover to India without leaving Culver City for a special menu from Chef/owner Akasha Richmond. Highlights include ginger and tangerine-braised crispy duck leg with saffron quinoa, leeks and pistachios; tandoori NY steak with hand-cut fries, chaat masala and Sāmbār steak sauce; paneer, peas and pea tendrils with tomato and fenugreek sauce; and desserts infused with Indian spices such as a cardamom and vanilla crème brûlée served with a rose shortbread.

Love & Salt
Feb. 12-14. Chef Michael Fiorelli wants to inspire you with a little Dean Martin over his three-course “That’s Amore!” menu. Dine on a selection of classic Italian favorites like antipasto salad, eggplant parmesan, baked ziti and tiramisu. $45/pp, regular menu also available.

Artisan House

Feb. 13-14. Chef Anne Conness’ Nuevo Rancho hotspot in El Segundo will be offering four “It Takes 2 to Tango” specials meant to be shared by couples. Selections include a seafood tapas platter and a rancho surf and turf plate, in addition to the regular a la carte menu. Romantic diners can also indulge in two glasses of Tattinger Champagne and chocolate dipped strawberries to cap off the night.

The Arthur J
Feb. 11-14. Celebrate the holiday over decadent specials like Alaskan red king crab Louie with hearts of palm, baby tomatoes and sauce marie rose; 28-day dry aged prime porterhouse steak and jumbo prawn scampi for two; a half dozen oysters selected by FwD, cocktail sauce, freshly grated horseradish and red wine and shallot mignonette; and black forest cake with dark chocolate cake with brandied cherry and marscapone whipped cream.
