In just over two years, Century City’s Annenberg Space for Photography has established itself as a force in the local arts scene, bringing together artists of international renown in a gallery with state-of-the-art digital technology. Digital Darkroom, opening Dec. 17, features the work of 17 artists from the United States, the United Kingdom and France, is the Annenberg’s latest all-star production. Exploring the intersection of art and technology, Digital Darkroom features fine and commercial artists including Jerry N. Uelsmann, Pierre Beteille, Maggie Taylor, Mike Pucher, Josef Astor, Chris Levine and Joel Grimes. Eighty prints are shown along with with hundreds more images on display in vivid detail in the Digital Gallery.
