Hollywood Fringe Festival
Starts June 13. This annual event celebrates freedom of expression and collaboration in the performing arts community. Theaters, parks, clubs, churches, restaurants and other unexpected places host hundreds of productions throughout Hollywood. Pasadena Chalk Festival
June 15-16. Spend Father’s Day weekend at this 27th annual family-friendly event, where nearly 600 artists create amazing life-sized murals with the sidewalk as their canvas at open-air lifestyle/shopping center The Paseo. 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Free. 300 E. Concerts on the Green: Beatles vs. Stones
June 16. Kick back with some fresh air and free entertainment at the Valley Cultural Foundation’s Concert on the Green. Tribute bands Abbey Road and The Hollywood Stones face off in a musical duel. Pack a picnic basket and some lounging blankets and make sure you snag yourself a good spot for the show. 5:30-8:30 p.m. Free. Drag Queen Jazz Night
June 16. W Hollywood bar Living Room puts a Pride month twist on its regular jazz night. Festivities feature special guest performances by beloved drag queens and a “Pride Punch” cocktail which adds a fruity spin on a classic piña colada. Langham Film Tour & Tea

Starts June 15. The 11th annual L.A. Beer Week features a bevy of craft brewery events and tastings throughout the city. Hollywood Bowl Opening Night
