15th Anniversary Disney Hall Concert Extraordinaire

South Pacific, Mary Poppins, Beethoven’s Emperor Concerto, The Planets and more. These are some of the fabulous pieces that the LA Lawyers Philharmonic and its chorus, Legal Voices, will perform at their 15th Anniversary Concert Extraordinaire under the baton of founder-conductor Gary S. Greene, Esq. The concert will be dedicated to the memory of legendary songwriter and LA Lawyers Phil Honorary Member Richard M. Sherman (1928-2024). The program will pay tribute to the Academy Award-winning composer with a special performance of a Mary Poppins medley, as the musical celebrates its 60^th Anniversary. Tony Award winner Michael Maguire, Esq., will be featured in songs from The Music Man and Les Misérables. Choral Director Jim Raycroft will lead the orchestra and chorus in a Broadway medley that features Irving Berlin’s “Alexander’s Ragtime Band” and Gershwins’ “Someone to Watch Over Me.” Radio personality Bill Handel, Esq., of KFI will MC.
