Michael’s Santa Monica new cocktail mixology program is in full swing. Not only is acclaimed mixologist, Jason Robey at the help, but April 13, the restaurant/lounge welcomes mixologists Steve Garcia (Mesa) and Erik Trickett (320 Main) to introduce the second in a series of guest mixologist events. Throughout the evening sponsored by Preiss Imports and Nolet Spirits, patrons can sip 10 signature cocktails such as Viracocha (Chinaco Reposado Tequila, Pedro Ximenez Sherry, Fresh-Squeezed Blood Orange Juice, Agave Syrup, Aztec Chocolate Bitters, Egg White, Served Up with a Light Cinnamon and Nutmeg Dusting); Fair-Skinned Indian (Genevieve Genever, Gran Classico, Fresh-Squeezed Grapefruit Juice, Boston Bittahs, Topped with IPA and Served Tall & Over); Rhub Down (Nolet Gin, Elderflower Cordial, Homemade Rhubarb Puree, Aromatic & Rhubarb Bitters, Topped with Sauvignon Blanc and Served Tall & Over); and nosh a on selection of gourmet bar bites (beer-battered squash blossoms, mitake springrolls, dick prosciutto, etc.).
