Domaine Restaurant’s Tim Goodell (Food and Wine Magazine’s “Best New Chef 2000″) creates an inspired menu with extremely diverse options for any palate that include Spice Duck Steak leg confit served with caramelized turnips, which was cooked perfectly as was the Market Fish served with artichokes, caper berries and brown butter. Meat eaters can indulge in Beef Brisket “Pot Roast” carrots, pearl onions and fingerling potatoes, or sharable plates such as chicken Liver Terrine kumquat marmalade grilled rustic bread, or Crispy Oxtail Galette poached farm egg.
