They say anyone can re-invent themselves in Hollywood and at Warwick—the gorgeous new club from restauranteur and events impresario, Jeffrey Best—which rises out of the dive of the former Club L, this adage could not be better displayed. This new club is as offbeat as the LA nightlife can get!
On a dark corner of Sunset Blvd., you’ll find a velvet rope. Step beyond that into an intimate loft-like space filled with fireplace light, crowned with chandeliers and lined with living room areas—perfect for your own private gathering.
As you step further into the club, you’ll find the bar serving crafted cocktails designed by “cocktail duo” Jason Bran and Damian Windsor, previously from The Roger Room on La Cienega. Savor creations like the Blackberry Buck with bourbon, house blackberry and ginger beer; or the Spanish Bull with tequila, mezcal, conintreau, orange and carrot juices.
If you prefer to drink at greater heights, ascend a staircase that will deposit you into an actual loft where you can lounge on couches overlooking the revelers below.
But what sets Warwick apart from your everyday drinking den is it’s tableside cocktail service. Make a reservation for it and you can ditch the line for drinks at the bar and have your own personal cocktail attendant for as long as you stay. Should you choose to mix your own, your attendant will replenish your spirits and any market driven ingredients—many of which are prepared at the Warwick Workshop next door—you need throughout the night.
