Ice Cream On Demand July 19 via Uber

This Friday, the on-demand private car service offers users the ability to summon a delivery of ice cream right from their smartphone.

Uber, San Diego’s new on-demand car service touting itself as “everyone’s private driver,” is bringing its worldwide “Ice Cream” promotion to San Diego just in time for the summer heat. On Friday, July 19, users can summon ice cream trucks for a delivery of ice cream and summer treats, in addition to transportation services regularly offered by the app. To request cold treats, simply toggle over from the “Black Car” option to the “Ice Cream” option.
